Mariah Lopez and Christina Sforza, two transgender women, have come forward with allegations of abuse by the NYPD, which if substantiated amount to serious human rights violations.

Call on the NYPD to conduct immediate and impartial investigations into the allegations of mistreatment and to ensure that any officers found guilty are brought to justice!

Ms. Lopez's and Ms. Sforza's cases, which may involve torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, false arrest and possibly denial of access to essential medication, fit the pattern of abuse documented by Amnesty International in its "Stonewalled" report.

Learn more about these cases and act now for human rights!

Sincerely,
The OUTfront! Team
